What does Premium add?

Building a custom pathway, and opening an encrypted backup you already have, stay free.
Are the counts different in Premium?
No. Every word is counted the same way for everyone, against the same published limits. Premium adds room and conveniences; it changes no count and no check.
How is my access stored?
Purchases are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. An anonymous purchase id is kept in this browser so Surveyor Case recognises your Premium on this device. Your draft itself is never sent to them or to us. Keep your receipt email for recovery.
I already bought Premium on another browser or device, how do I get it here?
Open the restore page and paste the access code shown on this Premium page, or the one from your receipt. Premium moves to this browser instantly. Move your draft with a backup file from the workspace.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Yes. The weekly and yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; lifetime is a one time payment. Refunds are covered by the Refunds section of the terms of use, which is the one place the refund window is stated.
